Yes you could possibly farm it as cattle has been known to graze it But we bought it for the gorgeous bush valley views and the ease of access.
You don't need a 4wd to get there, it's perfectly accessible by a normal road car and is only got about 500 metres of 'dirt' road to traverse before you are on the property.
Across the way there is a vineyard so and you're only 40 minutes away from the main vineyard areas and 40 minutes from Singleton. In just over an hour (1 hour and 15 minutes) you can be on the edges of Sydney in Windsor.
We've been using the property as a weekender but due to family we're needing to be in Sydney most of the time -- even on weekends. Makes getting up and enjoying the tranquillity too hard.
So we're selling the property to someone else who can realise the dream that we had with a self-sustainable life on a huge acreage block. We had dreams of making permaculture gardens replete with worm wicking beds and a fruit orchard, chickens and fish in the dam.
